Tai Chi

Tai chi is based on ancient Chinese martial exercises.

We start with Chi Gung (Qi Gong), movement and stretching exercises.
Followed by “Body Law”, exercises consisting of separate Tai Chi postures.
Then onto the Tai Chi form, a flowing sequence of different postures.
