History 1 British

This is a very friendly and informal group. We take it in turns each month to talk about some aspect of British History, such as people or events. The talks last approximately 45 minutes to an hour, and can be illustrated using maps, diagrams or pictures. They often give rise to lively conversation, often during the 'interval' in which we have coffee and biscuits.
