History 1 British

We are a very friendly and informal group who take it in turns each month to talk about some aspect of British History which interests us, such as people or events. The talks last approximately 45 minutes to an hour, and are sometimes illustrated using maps, diagrams or pictures. They often give rise to lively conversation, often during the 'interval' in which we have coffee and biscuits.
