Keep Moving Outdoors

Walk, talk and exercise in a small group. We start with some Qi Gong type movement then walk around the park. We then do some exercises to maintain mobility and keep the brain active. We then walk on to do some resistance exercises and stretches before finishing off with coffee in the café for those that want to stay on.
